A) he said he has permission, unless 007Tinar comes here and says otherwise, screw off.

B) The original wasn't a Halloween theme, so even if you want to scream rip, he did his own thing to it making it at worse based on the original similar to a photo-manipulation, but hardly the blatant full scale rip people are acting like (but of course since he had permission regardless, it is still pointless to call it a rip at all). Or perhaps just having a dark glass/gel base is enough to be classified as a blatant full scale rip regardless of anything else done? If that's the case, I doubt Tinar was the first person to ever do a dark glass/gel theme so that must mean the original by Tinar was a blatant rip also... hell lets just say anything which is a windows blinds skin is a blatant rip because they all use the same basic elements to construct the skin, its just the details of how the individual graphics which changes but hell, they are all using the same basic thing at their core. I can carry this logic all the way back to windows 3.x and before if you want but I think even the dumbest here now get the idea of how stupid it is to scream rip just because of a VERY common base element not particularly unique to any one skin.

C) Those who cant realize the above are probably far too stupid than to parrot back whatever the bandwagon says i realize and/or wish they could vote for bush a third time (assuming it was even an option).... so do us all a favor and goto the nearest electric train station and pee on the third rail. At the very least it should remove you from the breeding population so you can't spread your stupidity by way of your spawn... maybe it'll even act like electro-shock therapy and turn a few lights on in an otherwise dim head


Any way with all that said, the pic of the skin thats still here looks really nice, good job
